The short version

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and use it for one thing: to tell you when MeetEven opens. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or track you. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Who we are

MeetEven is run by its founder, Oleksandr Nemesh, based in Belgium, who is responsible for your data. You can reach us at privacy@meeteven.com.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, the date you signed up, which form you used and the language of the page, only if you join the waitlist. We use it to send you the launch email. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Technical data that any website receives (such as your IP address) is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We don't store it in the waitlist.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, Inc. (our processor). Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Until we've sent the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After launch we only keep your address if you choose to stay in touch.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@meeteven.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics (without cookies or personal profiles), we'll say so here.
